Abingdon’s bid to raise £1 million for a new Science Centre has been gathering pace. £850,000 has so
far been raised thanks to £500,000 in donations from members of the School community and a planned
£350,000 grant from the Mercers’ Company upon the commencement of the project. We have just
£150,000 left to raise – let’s make it a million by March!
