CCF on weekend exercise Recruit weekend involved the CCF recruits enjoying two days at St George’s Barracks for an introduction to the basics of CCF. The students learnt how to pack burgens and to apply camouflage, as well as taking part in exercises and inspections. CCF Adventure training Students thoroughly embraced their adventure training at Inskip Cadet Centre. During an action packed week they climbed, abseiled and canoed, enjoyed caving, canyoning and paddle boarding as well as experiencing the thrills at Blackpool Pleasure Beach Theme Park. Out and About Kayaking Kayakers tested their skills at the Nene Whitewater Centre. Wytham Woods Upper sixth geographers visited Wytham Woods to launch their independent investigations into the water and carbon cycles. 14
