12 July 2020 O’Doherty’s Photo Competition Boys in O’Doherty’s House have been set a weekly photo challenge during lockdown. Themes have ranged from ‘animals’ through to ‘colourful’ and boys have taken some outstandingly well-composed and exciting photos. There has been a winner and prize each week and Mrs O’Doherty hopes to collate all the photos into a photo book at the end of term. The Art Lockdown Competition The task was to recreate a copy of a famous painting in photographic form. Students could express how living in these unusual times feels in their work. The competition encouraged the boys to have fun with photography, drama and art history. Take a look at other fantastic copies here .
