Abingdon News January 2017 | No. 43 Griffen Storms Ahead The Sailing Club has had a very successful six months with two teams reaching the semi-finals of the National Schools’ Sailing Match Racing championships where the A boat went on to take first place. In the SB20 National Championships we were the first placed U18 crew. Over the summer, 16 boys explored the Aegean Islands in Greece and 12 boys gained their day skipper qualification. The Club would like to thank ASPA for their new sails which look fantastic!
