8 September 2019 Abingdon Prep In School The thoughts of Year 8 turned towards linking their interests and favourite subjects to possible career choices in the future when our annual Careers Afternoon got into full swing this term. We are very grateful to all the parents who Medical Device Entrepreneur Law Electrical Engineer Space Technologist Science Research Recruitment & Operations Auctioneering Property Development Medicine/Surgery Journalism Architecture Marketing Engineering Year 8 Careers Focus gave up their time to talk about their careers to the boys. Each of our parents introduced themselves, their job and their own career paths in short presentations followed by small group discussions where the boys asked questions and explored further.
