Cricket All-Rounder Cup: Freddie D. Young Blades Fencing Award: Edward. Team Most Improved Most Outstanding Under 8s Vihaan George Under 9s Thomas Joshua Under 10s Oli Seb Under 11s Benji Ned/Sam Under 12s Arnav Alfie Under 13s Scott Cricket Awards In the Summer term we celebrate cricketing endeavour. The ‘Most Outstanding Player’ comes from the 1st XI of each year. The ‘Most Improved Player’ can come from any team in each age group. Cricket Under 8 Cricket – Dragon Under 9 Cricket – Unicorn Under 10 Cricket – Dragon Under 11 Cricket – Phoenix Senior Cricket - Dragon Swimming Junior Cup - Phoenix Intermediate Cup - Griffin Senior Cup - Phoenix House Cups Under 11 1st: Jacob 2nd: Nirmat 3rd: Toby Under 13 1st: William 2nd: Sam C 3rd: Billy Chess Seven pupils from Abingdon Prep took part in the National IAPS Table Tennis Tournament in the U11 and U13 categories. They all played commendably and displayed great sportsmanship. Once again, Todd stole the show, flying through the rounds with ease, winning the final in style and becoming IAPS Champion for the third year in a row! The previous weekend, he came runner-up in the Butterfly ESSTA National tournament. What a tremendous achievement. IAPS Table Tennis
